Call time indicates when a student needs to be at the event/rehearsal ready to perform

Chaperone is a director approved individual accompanying the students during an event or fundraiser.

Clinicians are individuals hired through the district and approved by the director to give specialized instruction to sections of the band i.e. percussion, flutes, saxophones, etc. A clinician can also assist with marching techniques to the band and color guard as a whole.

Accompanist is the pianist for the choir. This gives Mr. McLellan the ability to focus his attention on directing the choir, not what note he is playing on the piano.

Staff Advisors are individuals hired through the district and approved by the director to instruct the color guard or drum line portions ofthe music department.

Practice/Event Attire is to be determined by the director or advisor.
