It should bring up a Notepad window displaying the documentation file. What
does happen on your system?

Ah yes, that is missing. I plan on a separate web page for that, since
there is a lot more to it than most people might think. This is
particularly true for 30F targets. Just connecting the various lines to a
bare chip at the other end of a standard cable won't work in most cases.
However none of this is unique to the EasyProg, which is probably why I
haven't gotten around to writing the ICSP web page yet.
