Check out http://www.phyton.com. They seem to offer the best package for the
money. If you want to use the emulator again for a different PIC with a
different package type/size, you will have to buy a different socket adapter
(typically $100-$200) that is compatible with that PIC.
I suggest *calling* Phyton with your requirements - they are flexible and
easy to work with. If you specify your needs but state that you have a
maximum budget, they will usually give you a discount or offer an item free
so that your budget, if reasonable, is not exceeded.
However, if you want a complete emulator package from ANYONE, expect to
spend $2000.
