I've been asked by someone in Brazil to source a very small quantity
of very high VRRM fast recovery diodes, namely something along the
lines of a BY711/BY8418/SHV-24.

The specs required are VRRM 17KV min @ 3mA, the man foolishly wants to
build an Electro-static power supply for this -

The normal suspects (Farnell, RS Components) just about stock
microwave oven diodes and go no higher - Mouser doesn't go above 2KV
and Digikey catalogue is a nightmare, but appears not to stock them.

Vishay - drawn a blank
Infineon - ditto
Zetex - ditto.

I've Giggled for them, but just end up with datasheet servers.

If anyone has alternative part numbers with these specs, I could hunt
aorund for them.
