'[AD] 256Kx8 LP 5V SRAM's FS in SOP32, AGAIN'

Cleaning out short-run production stores.  This is a repeat of the same
device earlier.

I have 600+ BSI#BS62LV2005SC-70 256Kx8 Low Power 5V SRAMS in SOP32, in
original 30 tubes of 22 devices each, untouched by human hands. They
were stored in my Tucson warehouse/office so there are NO moisture
issues. BSI is Brilliance Semiconductor (Taiwan). This part is pinned
out  to the SRAM industry standard for SOP32 (Cypress, Sanyo, Fujitsu,
etc etc), but I can provide PDF if need be./

I want $0.50 ea USD (about 1/6 normal cost) with buyer paying shipping,
from any purchaser on the PICLIST. I'll probably get $1+ ea on Ebay. I'll
accept Paypal (or direct bank deposit) from any PICLISTer. I guarantee
each one to work perfectly. Shipped to me here in 2002, have the Fedex
shipper copy as proof. I'll sell a minimum of 5 tubes (110) in 1 tube
increments, for a min total of 110 x. $USD0.50 = $USD55.

PDF will be emailed to anyone asking (too large to post on the PICLIST).
I can't find the part number on the BSI site anymore, but maybe its
because they are making larger arrays now; client still buys from them.
The part is somewhat unusual in that, in power down mode, current draw
is infintesimal. They were used for video capture as 256Kx16 but the
final design used the smaller TSSOP packages.

Will offer this for several weeks. Enquiries to engineer AT cotse.net.
Paypal account is bob dot axtell at cox dot net.

OK. I've forwarded a copy of my mail sent to
".....engineerKILLspamspam.....cotse.net" the same day as your
original post was posted. Using the same
mail address this time. Let me know if you'd
like the mail been sent to some other address.

Best Regards,
Jan-Erik.
