Hi,
I need to interface 5V logic (pic) with 3.3V logic. The i/f is SPI and hence I need signals going both ways.
CS      5V->3.3V
SCLK    5V->3.3V
SDO     5V->3.3V
SDI     3.3V->5V
DV      3.3V->5V

My guess is that there exist dedicated chips for this but I
haven't used them sofar and therefore I don't know which
manufacturers and or designation.

I know I can make the i/f with additional small signal transistors,
but I do not like this solution as the component count in relation
to feature is to high.

And unfortunately I cannot run the pic at 3.3V as I have alot of
other chips that need the 5V. Eventually I will probably replace
most of them and go 3.3V all they way, but at the moment I need
the 'proof of concept' realised with the current design.

Regards,

/Tony
