Read Steve Ciarcia's editorial at the end.  They have no plans to move
to digital distribution only.

He mentions they have a lot of content they would like to include in
the print edition, but they do not want to raise the cost of each
issue or the subscription.  So that extra content is going to be added
at the end of the digital edition.  Current print subscribers will
have access to that extra content (but not the full digital edition
unless they pay an extra $5/year).

It's quite possible that it will go digital only in the future -
especially if the print edition starts going down in number of
subscribers, but at the moment their print subscribers are increasing,
not decreasing, and the ad revenue isn't down enough to force them to
go digital only.

But I've been quite happily enjoying the digital only edition for
several years - it's very much worth the $15/yr.  Unfortunately I
don't always have time to read through it, so I have a bit of a
backlog.  Nice thing about the digitial edition is I can take it with
me and archive it without keeping track of physical items.

Nice. I used to get CC for free in college, then my girl bought me a two
year subscription.

The online pdf is really nice and you can generally get an email for the new
ones before the print is out.
Though their online site to get the files is a bit cumbersome.

Great magazine though.
