'[EE] Eagle filled poligon'

Hi guys,
I'm workin on board and want to cover the empty spaces with poligons,
but I can't seem to be able to draw a filled poligon. Only the outlines
shows on the screen and the print outs. I can draw filled rectangles
though.
Can someone help me out? I'm using eagle 4.15.
Thanks.

Go into Options-Set-Misc and check "Ratsnet processes polygons" option
then click OK.
Nect time you do a Ratsnests your polygon will fill.
If you want all your GND pins to be connected to that polygon, rename
the outline with the name GND.
Hope this helps,

Did you do a RATSNEST afterwards to cause a redraw?

Got it! You have to do the ratsnest RIGHT AFTER you're done drawing the
polygon before you go on to draw other things.
Thanks guys.

No, as long as SET POLYGON ON is still set that way when you do RATSNEST.

In fact, since trying to route "under" a polygon is annoying, you can
"rip up" a polygon (which returns it to the non-filled state) at any
time and it will stay an outline until the next "ratsnest" command.

Where should I look to find this command SET POLYGON ON ?
I can see SET POLYGON_RATSNEST ON all right but not your formulation.

HELP SET

Command names and keywords in Eagle can be abbreviated as long as they are
unique. I just tried it to verify that SET POLYGON ON works fine. In fact
I usually just type SET POLY ON. I wasn't even aware that the full keyword
was POLYGON_RATSNEST until looking it up just now (did this change from an
earlier version?). I tried to point you in the right direction, but looking
up the details is your job.
