Probably similar to mouser 798-DF23C10DS05V51 (also for a nokia LCD, but with less pins)

If the pitch is 0.5mm then it is a Hirose DF23C series.
There is at least one Nokia LCD that uses a similar connector with pitch
of 0.4mm. These seems to be unobtainable.
