'[EE] Wide Range DC-DC converter needed (9-15 volts'

Hi:
I'm in the process of building another robot and find that I could use
an efficient wide-range DC-DC converter to take a 12 volt SLA and
get a reasonable amount of power from it. I was thinking of something
like a buck-boost 9-15 volt to 12 volt converter at 8-10 amps.
If anybody knows where I can get something like this for under $150
I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

It seems to me that VICOR makes a 10-20 volt input, 12 volt output brick.
The first brick is 75 watts, but you can add boosters.
