Friends,

Awhile back someone asked about a large serial EEPROM.
I just received the latest SSTI "Flash Memory Databook"
and they have a 1M (organized as 32 sectors 4096 bytes)
serial eeprom in an 8 pin SOIC. Is controlled by SPI
and the max clock rate is 10MHz. You can erase any sector
you want without having to erase/reprogram them all. Only
peoblem is that it runs 3.0-3.6VDC. The part number is
SST45LF010 and you can check out the data at SSTI's
website ( http://www.ssti.com ).

Regards,
Steve

Damon,

Do you have these devices in stock ?

When I search the net there are heaps of memory devices but when I try to
buy them, they are not available.

I need to be able to purchase these items now. Can you give me pricing info
and delivery times.

Nope I don't sell anything.. I too am having problems finding just about
ANYTHING that interests me.. maybe I need to put up a wanted list or
something.. maybe we need to initiate a larger group purchase I don't
know.. I did get an atmel at45d081 8M serial I believe I got it from
Arrow or maybe pioneer I forget.. I didn't think about it at the time
but from now on I'll keep better track of who has what.. my site isn't
about selling stuff it's about the free exchange of information for
developers and hobbyists.
