And there's also a twist to Big Bang theory that says a new universe
could appear anytime anywhere. What we have around us doesn't
necessarily have to be the only one, in this or other dimensions. Who
knows what's going on where we can't look

Space isn't necessarily ZERO either.  Get enough sub-atomic particles
randomly bumping together and you may end up with a proton (or electron or
neutron).  In the dark ages they thought maggots spontaneously appeared on
meat.  We now know better.
