Just couldn't ignore, hehe
You forgot to add the ":" after [OT] and [PIC]

This one was wrong too, but I fixed it. It should be [OT]:
Ther colon is neccesary for some reason. Just [OT] is wrong. I
know its rather complicated, but I guess thats the best the
software or server could do.

Well, I don't like doing tests on Saturday mornings but I'll
give it a go
Now, it's obviously some kind of sequence. Hmmm, but what
can it mean ? Do I have to get them in order or something,
or find the next three ? OK, my answers are -
a) the alphabet as known by a 3 year old after 4 days
b) mnopqrstuvwxyz
c) an anagram of 9th Century Icelandic poet Chig Feldjbak
d) a horsie
Please donate my marks to charity (unless it's a cash prize in
which case hand it over mate)

Ahhh, Chig. My favorite was about a quick brown fox...

Ah yes, his moralistic epics are stupendously thought-provoking.
But he had his lighter moments too. "100 Things To Do With A
Dead Polar Bear" was a little ripper, a great read for the kids
on those long kayak trips to grandma's. "Even more fun than
counting icebergs" was the review by the Seydhisfjordhurian
Literary Gazette (832AD Christmas Jamboree Edition). High
praise indeed

Hi,
it is a shorter and obviously damaged version of the famous sentence:
QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPS OVER THE LAXY DOG
(one using old TTY may continue with a sequence of RYs').

Imre

This message came through just fine.
There are two commands that the listserver uses to control how your messages
are handled.
--------
The command 'set piclist repro' causes all of your messages to be sent to
you just as they are to the rest of the list. The command 'set piclist
norepro' will prevent your messages from being sent to you.
'norepro' is the default setting when you sign up. This causes people to get
confused when they don't see their own posts on the list.
-----
The command 'set piclist ack' will cause the listserver to acknowledge that
it has received and processed your message. The command 'set piclist noack'
will prevent this from happening.
'noack' is the default state. It sounds as if the 'bounces' that you are
seeing may actually be these acknowledge messages.
---------
Send the command 'set piclist noack' in the body of an email to the
spam_OUTLISTSERVTakeThisOuT
MITVMA.MIT.EDU listserv address (NOT to .....piclistKILLspam
@spam@mitvma.mit.edu). If
you want to see your own posts, send the command 'set piclist repro'.
Both commands can be sent in one email but they need to be put on two
separate lines. The subject line doesn't matter, it is ignored. You should
get a response directly from the listserv address indicating your new
settings.
Regards, Bob

No, my mail server was misconfigured.
Either gentoo or qmail keeps changing permissions on its' own. I knew
something was wrong when I didn't get any listserv messages for 6 hours!

I haven't received anything from the PICLIST today and was wondering if everything is okay.
This is a test message.
