'[OT] Transistor array advice please'

Can anyone suggest a transistor array package that has transistors similar
to the 2n3904. Those are general purpose switching npn type. Also, where
would I find them.

Type CA3082 contains 7 npn and CA3083 contains 5 npn
Then there are the ULN2801, ULN2803, ULN2804 these are the usual 8
darlington driver type ic's. and the older 7 darlington type ULN2003/4's.
Data sheet's om the net.

I think National semiconductor and Motorola both had packages which were 4
2n3904 chips packaged in 14 or 16 pin DIL package. From memory one of the part
numbers was something like QN3904.

Motorola had MPQ3904, surface mount and DIP.
