Useing XP Pro. While trying to update a group contact list I have managed to clear all my addresses. Can it be recovered from anywhere? Thanks for your time Ian

>From your back up copy:p I'm not sure where the address book is located, but the mailbox files are in the very user-friendly location of C:\Documents and Settings\[log in name]\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{CLID}\Microsoft\Outlook Express where [log in name] is you and the {CLID} is a long alphanumeric string. Some of those folders are hidden. Maybe you'll find something there. Thanks for the fast reply James Panic over I used XP's restore point for the first time and the address book is back.
