Hi guys,
   On the 16F628 the  timer1 clock oscillator is sharing the pins RB6,7
with their programming function. Normally for ICSP we put some isolation
resistors in these lines if using them for general I/O. However if using the
oscillator with a watch Xtal will not these resistors upset the oscillator?
or without them will the xtal effect the programming signals.
Any experiences or advice?
