'[PIC] CLC peripheral...'

Does anyone have some examples of how the new CLC (Configurable Logic Cell) might be useful? I'm having trouble thinking of what can be done with it, other than just set up some (or all) of the pins in the PIC as a PLD. Not that a $0.60 single-output PLD in an SOT-23 isn't sort of interesting in itself, but that seems a waste of the rest of the PIC.

Microchip isn't sure what people are going to do with it. So if you
find a good use for it let our friend Matt know.
Seriously though - at MASTERs last year there wasn't much definitive
talk on what they imagined you could use it for.
Linear feedback shift register? I'm not sure if it has feedback taps.

Wow, those boards are awesome! Added a few to an order, thanks for the
heads up!
