'[SX] RTCC high or low'

I working on building my first PCB and the CAD program is complaining about the RTCC line being unconnected (Eagle CAD, great program, free).
Anyway, should I tie that high (via a 10k resistor) or low to ground (via resistor?).
I couldn't seem to find any examples in the three SX books (Beg Assm, SX-Key Dev Sys, Exploring SX/B).
If anyone is looking for a huge list of CAD programs (some free, some not), Olimex (PCB mfg) seems to keep a pretty accurate list:

John,
either way is fine - I prefer pulling it up to high via a 10k resistor, so it can be pulled low by an external component, should this ever become necessary. In case, you don't plan to ever externally clock the RTCC pin, it is fine to directly tie it to Vss (ground).

Thank you Gunther, I think I'll follow your lead and tie it high with the 10k.
