Post by thread:17C43: Warning message from MPLAB?

Hi Folks, Programming a 17C43: When using "build all" in MPLAB I get the warning message that PIE and PIR are in the wrong bank, even though I've specified the correct bank immediately preceding the instruction referencing PIE or PIR. The programmed 17C43 works fine however I'd like to get rid of the warning messages if possible. Is there a bug in MPLAB or am I missing something. I use the standard 17C43 include file. I'd be grateful for any help. Geoff.

For years i asked why MPLAB send us that beatigoul message. can«t software see a few instrctions later we set the rigth bit to access to th rigth page? ignore that warning, is only a WAD of MPLAB.
