(-;     If you tied a piece of buttered toast to the back
of a cat and dropped it from a (small) height,
        wonder what would happen?

They would rotate at a high rate of speed just above the ground.
I'm not making this up.........I read it on the internet......it must be true.

Someone suggested using an array of buttered cats to levitate a
high-speed train (New Scientist, as I recall)

As a cat owner I can testify to the fact that cats are too smart to fall
for such a trick. Tying anything to a cat is impossible, especially
something that smells of butter. If you try very hard, you might end up
with toast on the floor, a slippery cat, and many scratches in need of
Bactine...

Cheers,

Bob

Hmm, yes, string is a bad idea.  How about glue, or maybe a nail
gun?
