Hi, has anyone worked with the Dallas DS2430 or other 1-Wire bus chips yet? I want to connect a DS2430 246 Bit EEprom to store the last setpoint of my instrument to the PIC16C72. I have the data-sheet, but somehow I have a feeling that I will need a little bit more than that. Does anyone have more information, knows where to get more information, or even could give me some hints ? Thanks, AND ! Many thanks to all of you who answered to my ADC Vref questions! I have routines to work with DS1802 1 wire termometer, if you want I can send it to you. If possible could I please get a copy of these routines? I am looking at talking to a DS1996 for memory storage and I think it uses the same one-wire interface.
