DMF5001 is a 160x128 pixel built in LSI controller pin 1 Frame ground pin 2 Vss (gnd) pin 3 Vcc (power) pin 4 Vadj (voltage adjust for LCD contrast) pin 5 Vee (power supply for LCD drive) pin 6 WR\ pin 7 RD\ pin8 CE\ pin 9 C/D\ (write mode H:command write, L: data write) (read mode H:status read L: data read) pin 10 HALT\ (clock operating stop signal 'L' halt) pin 11 RESET\ (Reset signal 'L' reset) pin 12 through 19 D0, D1 etc. pin 20 NC pin 21,22 EL power supply for EL Got this data from an old optrex book I have. -Ralph .....rlandryKILLspam@spam@haywood.main.nc.us "If they call it Tourist Season why can't we shoot 'em?"

I do have the latest catologue, but it mainly got the electrical characteristics and pin out, which someone already gave to you. Nothing on programming. Quentin
