To piclisters
I am working on a counter project that will be used in a wash down
environment. I need a way to either mount a LCD behind a watertight bezel
or
I need a watertight LCD assembly that could be mounted on or in a
enclosure. I have not been able to locate a solution for this problem.
Thanks in advance for your help.

This is commonly referred to a NEMA4 application.
Several vendors, such as Hoffman, make this type of enclosure that can
have a front window, or perhaps a clear lexan type of enclosure.

Maybe you could try silicon based conformal coating (clear obviously). It is
water resistant.

Never mix silicon with plastic. Plastic always loses.
