A short while back, someone was looking for a low power 3V
regulator.

The Seiko S-81230SG-QB-X looks the best so far...

       Vout    2.94-3.06 +-0.375mv/DecC
       Vin     16V max
       Iout    40ma

       Current Consumption   1.2 uA (typ) 2.5uA (max)

Does anyone know of a regulator with a lower quiescent current?
