Hi to All of you,
Recently I needed to consult one of application notes on Microchip
www server.
As I do not have any pdf browser, I downloaded acroread.exe (DOS version,
I hate and do not use Windows..) from http://www.adobe.com.
I can not read anything (however files supplied with the package read OK).
Does this mean that there are different versions of pdf files? (BTW all
files were downloaded in binary mode :-) )
Have you got any any ideas? I still would prefere even simple but DOS
browser, or converter to PostScript. I also use Linux and gostscript.
Regards,
janusz

Only M$-Windoze version can read PDF encrypted.

But :
It appears that Adobe's encryption scheme has been broken. See:
http://www.ozemail.com.au/~geoffk/pdfencrypt/
I try this -- is Work ;-)
I check with gostscript V3.53 in Linux box.
