Some people haven't been paying attention to my warnings, and, as the only "stick" Jory and I have (that we haven't used much yet) is all that's left TO use, I reluctantly will be using that shortly. I will discuss with each, ah, "miscreant", what to do with them, they can discuss the situation with Jory & I; I've said how I feel we can balance minimizing noise with keeping it safe for people to express what they're going through - and what's not acceptable, at all. There have to be some sort of consequences, past someone choosing to not "follow the rules", or we'll have the current, BAD, situation, just get worse and worse. The Piclist denizens are upset enough already, let's solve that. I figure details on a per-person case are between them, Jory, and myself; A few who've gone way out of line, will be off the PICList. Flames and fighting are out of line here, I've said it more'n once, and I'd rather not through inaction let Jory's list get worse off than it is. If someone gets out of line, DO NOT reply list-wide to them, for the time being. PLEASE. It's bad for the list and gives ME more work to do, more people to warn or nuke off the list.
