Hi to everybody First I want to know if I can programme the F84 with Pip02 programmer?? I builded a Tait type programmer and worked marvelous, but didn4t have much luck with the Pip02 !! I builded it with a 1N4148 and 7251 (positive 5 volt regulator from Holtek) and added a Led to see if the device is on. Did anybody else have problems with Pipo, but worked them out, how?? ICSP or not, the serial or the parallel one? Do you use DOS or Win DOS-Box? If you are using the parallel version be sure to use the right params with the driver (DTAIT.COM): LPTn where n is 1..3 selects LPTn 4066 Selects 4066 switches PNP Selects PNP transistors 7406 Selects 7406 7407 Selects 7406 (From PIP02 help) If the programming with pp.exe works there should be no problem with PIP02 using the right configuration. No its just the Ludipipo software!! I made another serial programmer, because I couldn4t make this one work, I builded the one that comes with PIX !! Yes, you can use F84 whith PIP02 and applications note AN589. I use it.
