HEX files don't realy need encoding anyway.

Yeah, but the same cannot be said for MIME on old platforms.

You can get one from ftp://ftp.data.co.za/pub/msdos/util/U64.*
The docs are in the pascal source and the executable is for DOS
Together the files are under 6kb.
