If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it . I am looking for schematics on a simple fm transmitter and receiver in the range of 105 to 109 mhz. I am trying to send data with a pic16f84 over the fm to a reciever pic on the other end.

Thanx

You can buy pre-made modules to do that. Check out
http://www.dvp.com/.

Be careful transmitting on 105mhz to 108mhz. That is the commercial
FM broadcast band.

Be aware, this is in the aero mobile band. Aircraft safety. The FCC
enforces in this band with big boots, as they should.  Why not go up to
318, (depending on your country) where this is legal?
